2026 Annual Meeting Notice

It's that time of year again. We hope you plan to attend the annual meeting.
Topics include:
- Voting for the board
- Removal of single-family zoning and impacts to our neighborhood

The annual meeting also provides a place to gather and foster open communication between residents. Plus, it's a great opportunity to meet your neighbors.

State Removes Single-Family Zoning
The state recently passed HB 1110, removing single-family zoning and replacing it with multifamily zoning.
Key points:
- Minimum 4 units per lot
- Bellevue proposals may increase density to 12 units per lot
Possible impacts:
- Multi-family redevelopment
- ADUs and DADUs
- Reduced setbacks
- Increased building heights
